The contract consists of 18 blocks across the Upper Edmonton Area. The scope of works comprises of the following: window, roof and flat entrance door replacements, external and communal decorations and repairs, compliance, mechanical and electrical works and groundworks. This includes: an element of contractors design portion, installation, construction, repairs, renewals, reinstatement or replacement works in respect of the external enveloping and associated repair works.
