Mulalley has completed both phases of the Leys Regeneration Project, a Karakusevic Carson Architects designed scheme for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

Phase 1 (£19.6m) has provided new high quality housing with improved links to the neighbouring park. It consists of 30 two, three and four bed houses and 59 one and two bed apartments of which 7 are wheelchair adaptable units.

Phase 2 ( £18.8m) of the project has provided an additional 69 homes.
