This 10 week fast track programme consisted of the refurbishment of existing teaching rooms and offices to provide for individual lecture theatres, one large electrical teaching laboratory with ancillary office space and new mechanical services, including the complete replacement of the existing plant roof situated under the Olivier Thompson Lecture Theatre. The Tait Building remained in use throughout the works.
