Mulalley helped to redevelop an area of waste land in South Lewisham to transform it into a new pocket park for the area. Phoenix was given a grant from the Environmental Agency to carry out some landscape works and specifically requested that Mulalley completed the works. Mulalley donated professional services to develop the redesign scheme.
