A Design & Build scheme comprising of a total of 70 homes for Social Rent located in a single five storey block. We are also constructing a new Community Centre and completing extensive remodelling of the surrounding Public Realm areas. Our scope includes a detailed design review to identify best value options and ensure compliance with recent changes in Building Regulations.
