A 75-week programme of works for NHG SHDF consisting of circa 470 street properties across the boroughs of Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing, Croydon and Bromley.

The program is split between the property retrofit assessment stage to identify potential compliant elements of works phase, which will include a retrofit assessment, Energy Performance Report and an Improvement Option Evaluation for client consideration. Reports will be reviewed for each property and will be issued with the IOE and medium-term improvements plans for those who qualify to raise the Energy Performance Rating of an EPC “C”.

The works phase can consist of one or multiple measures that will be packaged to improve the energy efficiency of a property this can include roof, windows and doors, loft insulation, EWI, CWI, IWI, UFI, Solar PV system, Electrical, Heating, Mechanical and Ventilation.
