Mulalley was appointed to four Decent Homes frameworks by the East London ALMO Newham Homes. Mulalley was the only contractor to be appointed on all four frameworks of this £150m programme which included envelope works to 74 tower blocks and internal modernisations to street properties.   This contract won 8 Considerate Constructor Awards, including a prestigious Gold.
