Nature of work: FRA works including Installation of front entrance fire doors, communal fire doors, service cupboard fire doors, fire rated loft hatches, fire stopping and fire compartmentation

Mulalley was appointed by Network Homes on a 5 Year Fire Risk Assessment Remedial Works Framework i.e. from Year 2017 to Year 2022. During this period circa 1500 FED’s, 1200 Communal Doors, 400 Fire Enclosures, 20 Roof Compartmentation and numerous firestopping works were installed. Mulalley are continuing the with the fire upgrading of Network Homes Housing Stock via the new 5 year FRA framework from Year 2023 to Year 2028.
