This project involved the refurbishment of a 24 storey Halls of Residence at the Marylebone Campus in Central London for the University of Westminster. The tower block required major remedial works and remodelling to provide modern student accommodation and support facilities. The remodelled scheme provided 240 new bedrooms with modern kitchens on each floor and bathroom facilities in each flat (provided by pre-manufactured pods).
