A £300m 10-year programme of works to Lewisham’s stock in the north of the borough. Completing works externally to some 2,069 properties/blocks and 24,300 internals. The key programmes of work under these contracts will include: kitchen and bathroom replacements, door and window replacements, electrical works, roofing, external envelope works and other external refurbishment works such as cyclical decorations and rainwater goods replacements.
