A Design & Build scheme comprising of a total of 219 new homes of mixed tenure, located across six blocks: ranging in height from 6 to 11 storey. We are also constructing a new Community Centre and leasable commercial spaces, whilst integrating architecturally designed Public Realm spaces across the development site.

Our works also include refurbishment to existing blocks: re-roofing, new windows, entrance lobbies, external balconies, works to existing walkways & facades and the conversion of an underground car park into new workspace units.

Extensive utility diversions and demolitions are required to enable the site prior to the commencement of the main construction works. We must also complete a design compliance audit, against recent changes in Building Regulations, undertake a re-design to incorporate 2nd staircases to all buildings over 18m and pass the scheme through the BSR Gateway 2 process: compliant with The Building Safety Act (2022) as well as taking the final revised scheme design through a relevant Planning application route.
