Nature of work: Conversion of the ground floor pharmacy and student enrolment area into open plan offices. Remodelling of part of the first floor to create a new staff room with tea bay and new open plan office area. The works included: New full height glazed screens, new partitions, new suspended ceilings, new multi coloured floor finishes, new fire doors, M&E installations, decorations and FF&E installations.
