This Contract is an NEC3 EEC Contract under the NEC3 EEC Framework Agreement for Better Homes and Construction Framework for the London Borough of Camden. These works consist of 24 blocks located in Highgate. 383 front entrance doors are to be installed that have a fire rating of 30 minutes. In addition, the works also consist of communal doors, fire alarm systems, domestic alarms to all tenanted properties.
