This social housing project involves the internal and external refurbishment of numerous blocks of flats and street properties. During the first year of the contract, Mulalley delivered over 1000 kitchens and bathrooms and completed the external refurbishment to numerous blocks in Wood Green and Tottenham.

This site is particularly unique as it has achieved the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s Ultra Site status. Ultra Site is awarded to those sites that take considerate construction to the highest level.  In 2016 this site won a Gold Considerate Constructors award.
