A two phased design and build scheme comprising of a total 144 homes of mixed tenure. These are spread across 3 newly constructed blocks and conversions of two existing buildings, which have conservation interest. The new homes include 79 for Affordable Rent, 14 for Shared Ownership and 51 for Private Sale units. We are also creating new car & cycle parking and extensive public realm and play areas.
