Mulalley were appointed by Sherrygreen Homes to design and build a contemporary 10 storey mixed development just north of the City of London. 26 high end apartments were developed on the upper floors, whilst the basement, ground and first floor areas created sizeable office and retail spaces.  A 3-bedroom penthouse on level 9, with air conditioning and various large bi-folding doors leading to expansive outdoor terrace spaces, completed the scheme.
