Mulalley worked closely with representatives from Basildon Council Property Services to renovate the existing ground floor of their main office building in Market Square to create a state of the art ‘single hub’ for its bulk public services. Working over three phases, and mostly out of hours, Mulalley undertook extensive structural works and bespoke reinstatement without disrupting normal services to the public.
