This project involved the remodelling of a 1970’s built care home. The works included the removal of Asbestos containing materials, the complete strip out and renewal of the gas and heating installation and the installation of a new external lift shaft and new lift, linked to the building on three levels. Works also included the provision of domestic kitchens, accessible WC’s and en suite staff bedrooms.
