Mulalley has triumphed at this year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards, receiving four awards including 'Most Considerate Site'.

The 2025 Most Considerate Site Award (<£5m) was won by the project team at Queensland Road. Mulalley is carrying out external wall remediation works at Queensland Road on behalf of Newlon Housing Trust. Located next to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, Queensland Road provides over 700 homes to the local community.

Congratulations also go to the teams at:

* Greenwich, who won a Gold Considerate Constructors Award. The Royal Borough of Greenwich is investing in a £430 million capital repairs programme, with Mulalley helping to deliver the 5-year £25 million kitchen and bathroom programme.

* A2Dominion, who won a Silver Considerate Constructors Award. Mulalley is currently working on behalf of A2 Dominion to deliver planned refurbishment works, including kitchen and bathroom replacements.

* Ladderswood, who won a Bronze Considerate Constructors Award. Ladderswood Estate is a major regeneration development in New Southgate, at the southern tip of the London Borough of Enfield, which is being constructed by Mulalley on behalf of the New Ladderswood LLP. The completed scheme will provide 517 new homes; including a mixture of private sale and London affordable rent apartments and houses, as well as an underground basement car park, 6 commercial units, a community centre and an 85-bedroom Premier Inn hotel. New Ladderswood LLP is a joint venture between Sherrygreen Homes and the housing association; One Housing Group (part of the Riverside Group), who are working in collaboration with the London Borough of Enfield, to deliver this scheme.
