Congratulations to all the Mulalley team at West Kensington Towers, who recently scored a 45 out of 45 Considerate Constructors Score, with ratings of 15 out of 15 (Excellent) for respecting the community, caring for the environment and valuing our workforce.
CCS Monitor Andrew Evans noted: “The wider community engagement from this project has been excellent, with careers within construction promoted and local good causes supported. The environmental policy and procedures are promoted to the workforce and the project specific environmental targets and achievements are now being well promoted to the community. Carbon tracking is being carried out and the registered activity is a carbon neutral organisation. Bio-diversity gain initiatives have been undertaken locally, with planting and bug hotel construction. Robust safety and emergency arrangements remain evident and the welfare arrangements continue to provide clean and tidy facilities. Healthy living and lifestyle campaigns are promoted along with mental health awareness.”
Colin Watson, Mulalley Managing Director – Planned Maintenance Division said: “These works are a great example of how refurbishment to high rise occupied blocks should be undertaken, and the excellent Considerate Constructors scores achieved by the Project Team further endorse our long-standing record of excellence in this field. The team have worked hard to accomplish this score and deserve the recognition."
