Mulalley is very proud to announce the award of TWO Investors in People accreditations: We Invest in People PLATINUM accreditation, and We Invest in Wellbeing accreditation.

PLATINUM is the highest level of accreditation possible to achieve on our We Invest in People accreditation. It means policies and practices around supporting our staff are embedded in every corner of Mulalley. And in a PLATINUM company, everyone – from our CEO to our newest apprentice – knows they have a part to play in the company doing well and are always looking for ways to improve.

To achieve the ‘We Invest in Wellbeing’ accreditation shows that we are actively engaged in the health and wellbeing of our staff, with people enabled to think and act in a positive way about the work they do, within a strongly supportive people culture.
