Congratulations to the project teams at Oxlow Lane and Ladderswood Estate for each winning a Bronze Award at this year's Considerate Constructor Scheme National Site Awards, with both sites having previously won the maximum 45 out of 45 Considerate Constructor Score with ratings of 15 out of 15 (Excellent) for respecting the community, care for the environment and valuing the workforce.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a not-for-profit, independently managed organisation that supports and guides positive change in the construction industry. To date, Mulalley has won 111 CCS awards - 18 Gold, 35 Silver, 54 Bronze, 2 'Most Considerate Sites' and 2 'Most Considerate Sites Runner Up'. Mulalley is also proud to be a Founder Associate Partner of the Scheme.

Ladderswood Estate is a major regeneration development in New Southgate, at the southern tip of the London Borough of Enfield, which is being constructed by Mulalley on behalf of the New Ladderswood LLP. The completed scheme will provide 517 new homes; including a mixture of private sale and London affordable rent apartments and houses, as well as an underground basement car park, 6 commercial units, a community centre and an 85-bedroom Premier Inn hotel. New Ladderswood LLP is a joint venture between Sherrygreen Homes and the housing association; One Housing Group (part of the Riverside Group), who are working in collaboration with the London Borough of Enfield, to deliver this scheme.

Oxlow Lane is a major regeneration development in Barking and Dagenham, which is being constructed in partnership by Mulalley on behalf of Be First. The completed scheme will provide 63 affordable new homes.
