Congratulations to all the Mulalley team at Fenwick South Estate, who recently scored a maximum 45 out of 45 Considerate Constructors Score, with ratings of 15 out of 15 (Excellent) for respecting the community, care for the environment and valuing the workforce.
CCS Monitor Lorraine Bourke noted: “Overall, the site continues to demonstrate excellent practices and performance across the checklist to meet the Code of Considerate Practice throughout the works. The team has established and maintained a good relationship with their local community. The site is supporting the company's carbon reduction plans and working to internal targets and promoting these with the client. The site provides excellent provisions to their workforce and a good wellbeing programme. The team has also successfully embedded key topics like modern slavery and EDI/ FIR into their ongoing workforce support.”
Lester Hampson, Property Development Director at TfL said: "I would like to personally congratulate you all for your recent success at Fenwick following the most recent CCS visit on the 21st November. The scores have progressively risen from September last year and it is a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work and commitment from the site team to finally receive full marks."
John Moore, Mulalley Managing Director – New Build Division said: “We are delighted to have achieved an 'Excellent' score on this exciting project, which will bring much needed affordable new homes to the local community. The team have worked hard to accomplish this score and deserve the recognition."
Mulalley is carrying out the works on behalf of TfL to provide 46 new affordable homes on this one-acre site. Working with the London Borough of Lambeth, each of these will be high-quality, dual-aspect, one-to-three-bedroom homes.
