This week, Mulalley Management Trainee Ben Daly joined other nominees at the annual London Regional Construction Training Group Awards where he was nominated for Best Management Trainee. Ben, who was originally recruited as a Management Trainee on our BeFirst projects and now works as a Site Manager on our Lewisham Council Major Works partnership, was up against dozens of other entries from across London. Ben was commended for his dedication to Mulalley's social value and volunteering, obtaining a First in his degree and the consistently high scores achieved on his projects in the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Ben Daly said: “I am absolutely astounded to have won an award when up against such a large number of high quality nominees, a huge thank you has to go to all the Mulalley staff that have mentored me over the past few years, the amazing management trainee scheme and our Employment and Training Manager Lisa Jennings. This award is great recognition for our management trainee scheme and all the hard work that’s put in every day. A huge thank you.”
