Leader of the Council for the London Borough of Lambeth, Councillor Claire Holland and Chief Exec of Lambeth Council, Bayo Dosunmu (both pictured) attended the Fenwick South ‘Topping Out’ ceremony, signifying the completion of the highest structural point of the new Fenwick South development.
Joined by representatives from Lambeth and TfL, the Councillor was presented with a ceremonial plaque by John Moore, Mulalley Managing Director - New Build Division.
Mulalley is carrying out the works on behalf of TfL to provide 46 new affordable homes on this one-acre site. Working with the London Borough of Lambeth, each of these will be high-quality, dual-aspect, one-to-three-bedroom homes.
Lester Hampson, Property Development Director – TfL Properties said: “TfL are pleased to celebrate this topping out milestone event at Fenwick with our partners Mulalley and the London Borough of Lambeth. We look forward to residents moving into these new homes next year.”
John Moore, Mulalley Managing Director – New Build Division said: “We are delighted to assist on this exciting project to bring much needed affordable new homes to the local community, whilst also providing apprenticeship training and employment opportunities to Lambeth residents. We look forward to inviting everyone back to see the completed development.”
