Congratulations to the all the Mulalley team at Ladderswood Estate Phase 4, who recently scored a maximum 45 out of 45 Considerate Constructor Score, with ratings of 15 out of 15 (Excellent) for respecting the community, care for the environment and valuing the workforce.

The Ladderswood Estate is a major regeneration development in New Southgate, at the southern tip of the London Borough of Enfield, which is being constructed by Mulalley on behalf of the New Ladderswood LLP. The completed scheme will provide 517 new homes; including a mixture of private sale and London affordable rent apartments and houses, as well as an underground basement car park, 6 commercial units, a community centre and an 85-bedroom Premier Inn hotel.

New Ladderswood LLP is a joint venture between Sherrygreen Homes and the housing association; One Housing Group, who are working in collaboration with the London Borough of Enfield, to deliver this scheme.
