Mulalley is supporting a Year 13 Mentor Programme designed by Construction Youth Trust (CYT) for the second year running.

This programme is aimed at students in various London Boroughs seeking support with their learning.

Mentors are approached from across the construction and built environment sector, that have followed diverse routes into their careers. Their role is to provide advice and share knowledge with mentees.

The second round of the Year 13 Mentor Programme, which is planned to commence in March, will be mentoring students from the London Borough of Lewisham and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The programme is delivered using an online platform and mentors only meet with mentees during groups gatherings hosted by CYT.

This initiative forms an integral part of Mulalley’s social value commitments to Lewisham Homes where Mulalley has been appointed to a 10-year Major Works Contract delivering all internal and external works in the north of Lewisham.
