Barnet and Southgate College recently hosted a Developer’s Tour and Talk at their Colindale Campus.

The purpose of the event was to showcase what the college has to offer in support of Developer/ Contractors’ business needs. There were several eminent guest speakers present on the day providing talks on many vocational education topics including apprenticeships; training courses; work experience; skills development; adult education and employment opportunities.

Mulalley are currently constructing a 132 new home, mixed tenure scheme within the Granville Road estate on behalf of Granville Road Developments, a JV between Sherrygreen Homes and One HG. The project comprises 74 flats and 58 houses in LB Barnet.

The event was attended by Gary Robins, Associate Director at Mulalley’s New Build Division and Monica Paul, Social Value Manager who were provided with the opportunity to network and meet other developers working in Barnet.
