Mulalley is currently working on the multi-phased £36 million Meriden regeneration project which will provide 133 new residential homes, including a community hub, a flexi-care facility for elderly residents and new retail spaces for local shops.
A group of Meriden residents recently relocated into their new homes and, and to mark the occasion, Mulalley presented them with a M&S food hampers and provided a “handyman service” to help residents with their moving in tasks.
Kay, a Meriden resident said: “Thank you for the Xmas hamper, it was a nice surprise, hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”
Steve Moss, Chair of Meriden Residents Association said the MRA and local residents appreciate Mulalley’s help and thanked us for the donation.
Mulalley also donated a cheque for £2,000 to The Meriden Residents Association to help sponsor their annual children’s Christmas party, where local children were treated to free gifts and other fun activities. This is our second year of sponsoring the event.
And to round off a busy festive period, we also donated a Christmas tree to The Grove Academy local primary school.
John Moore, Managing Director of New Build Division said: “We are always happy to support the communities in the areas in which we work and hope our donations benefit the wider community. We also hope the residents enjoy tucking into their hampers in their new homes”.
