Mulalley’s Oxlow Lane project supports Thames View Junior School

Mulalley recently donated several toys and fun learning materials to Thames View Junior School, to support parents and families who cannot afford to give their child/children gifts this Christmas.

Thames View Junior School are to set up a 'shop' in the school hall and invite selected parents in. Parents will be given tokens to pay for items and the school will provide wrapping materials so parents can take the gift home and wrap it themselves.

In addition to the gifts, Mulalley also donated a Christmas Tree to the school to add extra cheer during the festive season.

Charlie Ballinger, Assistant Headteacher at Thames View Junior School said: "We would like to thank Mulalley for showing such kindness and generosity to our school and community. Not only have they donated a beautiful Christmas tree to the school, but also a wonderful array of Christmas presents. The magic of Christmas has certainly been ignited for the children and families of Thames View Junior School. Thank you for keeping the Christmas spirit alive for those facing hardship this year".

George Legg, Associate Director at Mulalley said: "We work very closely with residents in the local area and wanted to give something back for their support and understanding while we carry out works in their community, especially at the time of year which can be hardest for some".

Be First, on behalf of Barking and Dagenham Council, appointed Mulalley to their rebuilding programme to replace the existing flats at 263-285 Rainham Road North and 291-301 Oxlow Lane, with 63 new high-quality affordable homes.
