As part of our on-going social value commitment to Ladderswood Estate, Mulalley was delighted to support Garfield School by donating a Christmas tree. The children had great fun helping to put the decorations up.

Helping the children with the decorating was Mulalley Site Manager Max, who is an Enfield resident and who started with the Company, as well as the project, as a trainee on Mulalley's Construction Management Trainee Scheme.

Karen, the headteacher at Garfield School said: “To Max and the wonderful team at Mulalley. Thank you again for your generous donation of a Christmas Tree. Here’s to us continuing working together in 2022”.

John Moore, Managing Director of New Build Division said: “We were very pleased to be able to provide Garfield school with a Christmas tree and we hope the children enjoyed decorating it”.

Mulalley is currently working on the Ladderswood Estate for the New Ladderswood LLP with the construction of the Phase 4 project comprising 110 residential apartments including 82 private sale and 28 London affordable rent.
