Mulalley is proud to announce our appointment by Lewisham Homes to deliver two major long-term works contracts. The first is their £160m Major Works Contract, where we will be delivering all the Planned Works in the north of Lewisham over the next 10 years. These works include, Kitchen and bathrooms, rewires, external improvement and refurbishment works, windows and doors and roofing along with a number of cladding installations to Lewisham Homes high rise stock.

The second is the Lewisham Adhoc contract where works will be allocated on a call-off basis, £10m per year for a 4 year period, covering works which fall outside the Major Works Contract.

Mulalley is currently working in Lewisham on variety of works including works on the Pepy’s Estate to resolve potential fire compartment issues, internal and external refurbishment and improvements to three sheltered housing schemes including new windows, M&E works, repairs and decorations, landscaping and new build extensions as well as having recent completed Sprinkler installations to Lewisham Home’s Sheltered Housing stock.

Works are due to commence in October delivering works on various different estates, blocks and properties, which will ensure Lewisham Homes deliver their commitment to the residents of decency and carbon neutrality.
