Mulalley took part in Skills London 2019 at the Excel Centre this month where Be First and its partners had a joint stand, aimed at encouraging local young people to consider careers in the construction industry.
Skills London is the UK’s largest jobs and careers event for 15 to 24-year olds, their families, teachers and career professionals.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn about career options and visit the multiple hubs and zones including a construction village.
Tom Mather, Construction Director at Be First, said: “Within the next five years, we will be building thousands of affordable homes in the borough. But we’re determined to build strong sustainable communities too, and long-term well-paid jobs are clearly a vital part of this.
Mulalley New Build Managing Director John Moore said: “We were glad to be a part of this very rewarding weekend where we had the chance to promote the huge diversity of construction careers. Hopefully we have highlighted the broad spectrum of opportunities available within the construction sector.”
