Mulalley recently attended the opening of the £9.5 million new housing development at Ashmount Road.

Mulalley was appointed by Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) to construct these 46 new affordable residential homes within three blocks with associated landscaping. This included 35 social rent homes and 11 shared ownership properties. These new North London homes meet excellent design and quality standards and were built to the London Housing Design Standards, Lifetime Homes and Secure by Design.

Cllr Diarmaid Ward the Council’s Lead Member for Housing spoke at the event: “Like the rest of London, Islington faces a housing crisis. We’re very pleased to be working with Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association to create these badly needed, genuinely affordable new homes.”

Mulalley Operations Director John Moore said: “We were proud to assist on this exciting project which has created high quality new homes to help ease the pressure on housing for the local community.”
