Mulalley has triumphed at this year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards, receiving a total of five awards, three of which won the celebrated ‘Gold’.

Mulalley received the awards at a ceremony which took place in London on Friday 20th April. This takes Mulalley’s total number of Considerate Constructors Scheme national awards to a hugely impressive 92.

The three record-breaking Golds (the highest total we have received in one afternoon) were awarded to MHT K&B South, Metropolitan Housing Trust, Riverside South K&B and Oldmead and Bartletts, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. A Silver Award was won by Janson Close, London Borough of Newham, and we also scooped a Bronze award for Lytchet Way, London Borough of Enfield. Three of our sites Chauncy Residential Development, Bridge House Phase 2 and Haringey Major Works were celebrated at the awards ceremony as being ‘Ultra Sites’ – the highest level of attainment with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
