Mulalley has triumphed at the year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards, receiving a total of seven awards.
Mulalley received the awards at a ceremony which took place in London on Friday 7th April. This takes Mulalley’s total number of Considerate Constructors Scheme national awards to a hugely impressive 87.
Silver awards were given to the Basildon Decent Homes (for Basildon Council) site and the Brent Fire Protection Works (for Brent Housing Partnership) site. Bronze awards were given to the Metropolitan Housing Trust Kitchens & Bathrooms South Planned Works site; the Northcote Road (for Wandle) site; the Chaucer House (for Sutton Housing Partnership) site; the Edmonton Green (for Enfield Council) site; and the Portland Close, Centenary Close and Downs Way (for Southern Housing Group) site.
Considerate Constructors Scheme Executive Chairman Isabel Martinson said: “Congratulations to all 2017 National Site Award winners. Winning an award with the Considerate Constructors Scheme is a huge achievement, as only the top-performing sites are eligible for such an accolade. The successes of award-winning sites demonstrate the importance of embedding the core principles of the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice, creating a positive long-term legacy for the local community, environment and workforce.”
Mulalley Operations Director Bruce Benson said: “We are very proud to have won seven awards in 2017. These awards recognise our efforts to carry out work whilst being respectful and understanding in the communities around us. They demonstrate our consistently high levels of compliance with the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice, across all our sites.”
As an Associate Member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, Mulalley register all their sites with the Scheme.
