Mulalley recently attended a mock interview day for Year 10 students at All Saints School in Dagenham. The event was to support career development by offering students interview experience with an employer.

158 students took part and each one received a 20 minute interview where they were asked questions about school life, academic achievements and their aspirations for the future. At the end both student and interviewer gave feedback on how they thought it went and what they felt could be done to improve it.

One student commented that they learnt “to be clear and straight to the point when answering questions”, while another said: “I’ve learnt to be relaxed, it shows you’re confident.”

Mulalley Operations Director John Moore said: “I am glad that these young employees of the future found the day useful. We wish the students all the best in their future career choices.”

Having recently completed phase one, Mulalley is currently working with Barking and Dagenham Council to deliver the second phase of the Leys Estate regeneration in Dagenham providing new high quality housing to the area.
