Lime Walk, Brook Avenue picked up the ‘best affordable development’ award at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016. Mulalley was the Design and Build Contractor for this development on behalf of Network Homes.

Just five minutes from Wembley Park Station and comprising 111 homes, Lime Walk offers a wide range of tenures including shared ownership, shared equity, private sale and affordable rent. Built on the site of a former car park, the Lime Walk development has brought much needed high quality and affordable housing to the Wembley Park area.
