We are looking for a dynamic Social Value Manager to drive meaningful outcomes across our projects, supporting local communities, creating employment opportunities, and delivering lasting social impact.
This role is key to ensuring social value is embedded across our operations, working closely with project teams and external partners to maximise positive outcomes in the communities in which we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver social value strategies across multiple projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, charities, and social enterprises
• Create opportunities for employment, training, and community engagement
• Monitor, measure, and report on social value outcomes
• Support the bid team with social value input and analysis
• Promote innovation and best practice in social value delivery
About You:
• Experience in a social value, CSR, or community engagement role within construction or a related sector
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver strategic initiatives with measurable impact
• A proactive and collaborative approach
