Nature of work: New M&E installation, CCTV, Fire alarm, Intruder alarm, new timber windows, new doors, internal remodelling to create new classrooms, FRA works, new flooring, flat and pitch roof repairs, external fabric repairs, loft insulation, drainage repairs and playground resurfacing and new school entrance ramp.

Mulalley was appointed by the London Borough of Haringey to carry out extensive internal and external refurbishment works to Bruce Grove Primary School in a live school environment. The works were carried out in phases and planned around the schools normal teaching arrangements.
