Mulalley has completed works to improve and revitalise St James Street shopfronts in Walthamstow. This £2.9 million project, funded by the Council, the Heritage Lottery Fund and local businesses has provided a much needed transformation of this key part of Walthamstow town centre, by preserving and enhancing the shop fronts and key historic features such as the ‘griffin’ statues.

Improvements to fifty shopfront properties, as well as various public space areas such as pavements, lighting and the St James Street junction were completed.
